1. About the Service

Lost Traveler's Journey provides custom fantasy cartography and map-design services, including world maps, regional maps, city maps, dungeon maps, and other agreed custom map projects.

2. Placing a Request

When submitting a map request, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information, descriptions, references, sketches, and other materials necessary to understand the requested project.

Submitting a request does not by itself constitute acceptance of the project or confirmation of payment.

3. Package and Price

The customer will be shown the selected package, applicable price, and approximate delivery period before proceeding with payment.

Explorer — $49
Pathfinder — $99
Lost Traveler — $169

4. Acceptance and Payment

A request may remain Pending while it is reviewed. Payment is requested according to the procedure communicated after acceptance of the project.

5. Digital Delivery

All map-design services provided by Lost Traveler's Journey are digital services. Completed work is delivered electronically through the communication or delivery method agreed with the customer. No physical product is shipped.

Explorer: approximately 1 week.
Pathfinder: approximately 2 weeks.
Lost Traveler: approximately 4 weeks.

6. Revisions

The number and scope of revisions depend on the package and project agreement. Major changes outside the agreed concept may require additional work or payment.

7. Customer Materials

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide any sketches, images, references, text, logos, or other materials submitted to Lost Traveler's Journey.

8. Intellectual Property

Payment for a custom map does not automatically transfer every intellectual-property right associated with the underlying creation. Rights granted to the customer depend on the selected package and applicable licensing terms.

9. Commercial Use

Commercial use is included only where the selected package explicitly states that commercial use is included. Commercial use is currently included in the Lost Traveler package.

10. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lost Traveler's Journey may display completed commissioned work in its portfolio, website, social-media accounts, and promotional materials. Confidential projects may be handled differently by prior agreement.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the circumstances of the specific order. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory statutory right of the customer.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy of Lost Traveler's Journey.

13. Complaints

Customers may submit complaints, refund requests, or inquiries through the support email published on the website: lost.travelers.journey@gmail.com.

14. Applicable Law

Lost Traveler's Journey provides custom digital fantasy cartography and map-design services. Each project may be created specifically according to the customer's selected package, requirements, descriptions, references, sketches, and other agreed specifications.

2. Before Acceptance and Payment

Submitting a commission request does not by itself create a paid contract. A request may remain pending while it is reviewed. Payment is requested only after the project has been accepted and the applicable payment procedure has been communicated to the customer.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project has been accepted and payment has been made but work has not yet started, the customer may contact Lost Traveler's Journey to request cancellation. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and the circumstances of the specific order.

4. Custom Commissioned Work

Because commissioned maps are custom digital works created according to individual customer requirements, work may begin specifically for the customer's order. Where work has already started, the availability and amount of any refund may depend on the stage of completion, work already performed, and the customer's applicable statutory rights.

5. Statutory Cancellation and Refund Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, limit, or waive any mandatory right granted to the customer under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where a statutory right to cancellation or refund applies, Lost Traveler's Journey will comply with that right.

6. Service Delays

The estimated delivery period for each package is communicated to the customer before payment. If a material delay affects the agreed delivery or performance of the service, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. Where applicable law gives the customer a right to cancel or obtain a refund because of a delay, that right will be respected.

7. Revisions and Additional Work

Revisions are handled according to the selected package and the agreed project scope. Requests for major changes outside the agreed concept or package may constitute additional work and may require additional payment. Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before the additional work begins.

8. Refund Requests

Customers requesting cancellation or a refund should contact Lost Traveler's Journey through the support contact published on the website and provide the relevant order information. Requests will be reviewed according to the applicable policy, the circumstances of the order, and applicable laws and regulations.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or legally required, Lost Traveler's Journey will process the applicable refund through the original payment method where reasonably possible, or through another lawful method agreed with the customer. Processing times may also depend on the relevant payment provider.

10. Non-Delivery or Failure to Perform

If Lost Traveler's Journey fails to provide the commissioned service as agreed, the customer may contact us to seek an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include completion of the service, correction of the issue, cancellation, or a refund where required or appropriate under applicable law.

11. Customer-Provided Materials

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for the project. Delays or problems caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or late customer-provided materials may affect the delivery period and will be considered when reviewing any cancellation or refund request.
